The Miss Chattahoochee Valley’s Outstanding Teen Pageant is open to young women ages 13-17 years old. The winner of this pageant will have her fees paid to the Miss Alabama Outstanding Teen Pageant and will represent the Chattahoochee Valley in this competition to be held in Sylacauga in March, 2011. The entry fee for this open preliminary is $100.00. Checks must be made payable to:

The Miss Chattahoochee Valley’s Outstanding Teen Pageant will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Springwood High School Fine Art’s Center in Lanett, Alabama. The pageant will be limited to the first 10 girls that submit COMPLETED paperwork.
The Miss Chattahoochee Valley’s Outstanding Teen pageant is a one day pageant and will run simultaneously with the Miss Chatt pageant. The theme of this year's pageant will be "Queen of the Jungle!" Lunch will be provided during the day for contestants entering “Miss Chatt.” In addition to qualifying as a contestant in the Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen Pageant 2011, the winner of this pageant will join a long line of other successful Miss Chattahoochee Valley’s Outstanding Teens in service to the Chattahoochee Valley community. The winner and runners-up will receive cash scholarship offerings.

Required attire for pageant:
- Opening number - short dress in any animal print of your choosing (zebra, leopard, snake skin, cheetah etc.). Must bring coordinating mask with outfit. This mask should be on a stick and will only be used in the opening number. This is a masquerade type mask. Very inexpensive
- Onstage Question - contestants will wear their animal print dress to answer question
- Fitness - Black shorts and white tank top with white tennis shoes of your choice. Be prepared to perform an 8 count solo exercise routine that will be taught upon your arrival
- Eveningwear - this is the contestants choice
- Talent - this is the contestants choice limited to 2 minutes
- Closing number - Contestants will wear evening wear in closing number
The pageant will be limited to 10 Teen participants. The first 10 Teen Contestant applications received will be eligible for the title of Miss Chattahoochee Valley’s Outstanding Teen 2011. Once we receive your contestant packet, you will be contacted via email or phone regarding the details of the day.
